Cities Skylines - The SuBURBS Episode 5 - Coast Side Historic Mansion and Lighthouse

Hello! Yes this is still the SuBURBS, but this is just down the street. A couple of blocks from our first neighborhood, happens to be a very old historical (and beautiful asset by Macwelshman) mansion and a pathway leading to a large red lighthouse (by Ian). Tourist from all over will come to see this house, and it's proximity to the neighborhood means that property value is skyrocketing! Soon citizens from all over Sloop John Island will want to live in the SuBURBS! (Except those who want to avoid higher utility cost and terrible commutes to downtown). I hope you enjoy this episode!
