I bought a $5 Delay guitar pedal and it LIED to me! (AliExpress Delay Review)

I found a guitar pedal on AliExpress that costs less than a bar of Tony's Chocolonely! For only £2.60 ($5), this "Analog Delay" seems too good to be true. In this video, we unbox it, tear it open to see what's actually inside, and put it to the test. The big surprise? It's not actually analog. We found a CD2399 chip (a variant of the famous PT2399 digital delay chip) inside! [05:06]. Even though it lied about being analog, does it actually sound good? We explore everything from slapback echo to full-blown self-oscillation madness. Timestamps: [00:01] The Chocolate Bar Comparison (Price vs. Value) [01:48] Unboxing the "Analog DA" Delay [02:34] Teardown: Hidden screws and Chinese engineering [04:46] The Lie Revealed: It’s Digital!
