Inside My Art Journals

I’ve been keeping art journals for years, and honestly, I use them for so much more than art. They’ve become a place to play, experiment, process my feelings, and just get things out of my head and onto paper. In this video, I’m sharing a peek inside some of my art journals and the many ways I use them—for creativity, play, emotional expression, idea-making, relaxation, and simply giving myself a place to experiment without worrying about the outcome. I’ll show you how I use paint, color, line, writing, mark-making, and mixed-media techniques to process thoughts and feelings, explore ideas, and reconnect with my creativity. Your art journal doesn’t have to look a certain way. It’s your space to play, practice, process, and just be.
