Can St 33 Kuzan Keep up With OP17??

I tried the new Kuzan structure deck (ST33) against some of the top op17 leaders to see if he can handle them. Will he be Top Meta or should you keep him at locals only? #onepiece #onepiecetcg #onepiecegameplay
