Roll # RSLC #111 Day # 10 Task # 3 TedxTalk Task #4 RSLC Teacher Training Student Batch # 6 Level # 1 *The Science of Motivation | Dan Pink* In this video, I share my review of **“The Science of Motivation” by Dan Pink**. This talk explains what really motivates people to learn, work, and achieve their goals. Dan Pink highlights three important elements of motivation: **Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose**. I learned that motivation is not only about money, rewards, grades, or pressure. People can become more motivated when they have the freedom to make decisions, opportunities to improve their skills, and a meaningful purpose behind their work. This topic is especially important for students because learning becomes more powerful when we understand **why we are learning and how our skills can help us in the future**. The biggest lesson I learned is that motivation is not only about rewards or money. Dan Pink explains three important things: **Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose**. Autonomy means having freedom and responsibility. Mastery means continuously improving our skills. Purpose means understanding why our work and learning are important. For me, this talk is a reminder that we should not learn only for marks or rewards. We should learn because we want to grow, develop useful skills, and create a positive impact. My key takeaway is simple: *When we have freedom, improve our skills, and have a meaningful purpose, our motivation becomes stronger.* #TheScienceOfMotivation #DanPink #Motivation #Autonomy #Mastery #Purpose #StudentLearning #SelfImprovement #PersonalGrowth #RehanSchool
