2023 Gv70 locked up front wheels

Hey guys I have this 2023 gv70 with customer complain that the car is shaking and when they were driving they heard a loud bang. So this one was park in my bay so when I got to the car I just check for codes and see if we have stored codes but there's none. So I thought I was dealing with a engine misfire but what happened in this vehicle there was a catastrophic failure on the front diferential.
