There was once a strong public acknowledgement of faith and trust in God within our national institutions. Today, many people have pushed God to the margins of society. But the answer isn't simply to complain about the state of our nation — the answer is for God's people to humble themselves, pray, seek His face and turn back to Him. 📖 2 Chronicles 7:14 says: “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” What a powerful promise! 🙏 We need prayer. We need repentance. We need revival. We need Jesus. We need to seek God first. And revival doesn't begin with somebody else. It begins with us. 🔥 ❤️ THE WHOLE OF HEAVEN REJOICES Jesus tells us that heaven rejoices when one sinner repents. That means every person matters. Every soul matters. Every life matters. Every person walking through Southend High Street matters to God. ❤️ The Gospel isn't just a message for churches. The Gospel belongs in the streets, in our communities, in our workplaces, in our homes and wherever people are. Jesus came to seek and save the lost. And the message remains the same: REPENT. BELIEVE THE GOSPEL.
