Instead, Tianhai fires him for a supposed “performance mismatch.” His employee badge is deactivated, his trophy is taken away, and his year-end bonus is frozen. But the company’s decision soon brings consequences: when Mr. Song of Jinlong Group calls specifically for Chen Li and learns he has been dismissed, he suspends the following year’s partnership evaluation. Sihai and Tiansheng quickly follow suit. Chen Li refuses to write a handover statement for Zhao Bin and accepts an invitation from rival company Huihuang. When he returns to Jinlong’s client meeting, he arrives as a member of Huihuang’s bidding team. His former employer now has to compete against the man it discarded. Facing Zhao Bin’s smears and pressure from Tianhai, Chen Li insists that his grievances cannot substitute for a workable proposal. He joins forces with newcomers Li Xin, Zhou Lan, and Tang Jing, building a team with clear duties and individual accountability. Together, they focus on proving what they can deliver for the client. In the decisive simulation assessment, Chen Li’s team defeats Tianhai and secures Jinlong’s primary service contract. Tianhai loses the bid, Zhao Bin is suspended from his position, and Chen Li earns recognition through results. With his new team established, he turns a humiliating dismissal into the beginning of a career built on competence, trust, and responsibility. ✨ *Ending: Happy ending—Chen Li wins the contract and builds a stronger team.* #TheyFiredTheirTopSalesman #QuietStormDrama #FullMovie #ChineseDrama #WorkplaceDrama #CareerComeback #CorporateCompetition #HappyEnding
