Marvel & DC Hot Takes, VisionQuest Eps 1 & 2, New York Comic Con Discussion - The Danger Room Ep. 5

In this episode, we are joined by our friend, Dante, and share our Marvel and DC hot takes. We focus mainly on the MCU and the DCEU, but also touch on Marvel and DC comic lore, and some Star Wars and Invincible. Topics include the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy, the Dark Knight Trilogy, Man of Steel Superman, and MCU characters done wrong, such as Taskmaster and Galactus, and much more. During The Midnight Bugle, Joe talks about New York Comic Con and his experience going to the convention this year and in years prior. We also review and discuss the first two episodes of Marvel Studios' newest series, VisionQuest. We give our overall thoughts, gripes with the writing, bring up our questions, and give predictions for the rest of the series and how it can affect Avengers Doomsday and Secret Wars. In the Gotham City Sports segment, we briefly cover Jets and Giants Week 5 win and tie, and Week 6 outlooks. Then discuss a little fantasy football, specifically a trade between the hosts, ending the segment with our thoughts on the Knicks opting to delay extension talks to the end of the season.
