Growing trout caviar in your backyard! 17 years I was working for a trout hatchery. I knew there was a lot to learnt there but I would have never thought being able to grow trout eggs in my backyard one day! Aquaponics is a real game changer, it allows to keep a stock of genitor fish in our garden. Today we are collecting some trout caviar (ovocytes to be more precise) from the holistic aquaponics.
