Game footage between the Paraplegic Turtles (UT) vs. Constant Pursuit (CA)at the 1996 NPPL in Las Vegas, Nevada. Turtles Captain is Dale Price and Constant Pursuits Captain is Fred Shultz. I don't remember if the game went to time or not. Whoever was filming forgot to keep recording when the game got exciting.
