Hi guys today we are making steaming fish. Ingredients: Fish (Red Snapper) Okra Pumpkin Irish Potato Carrot Onion Scallions Pimento Garlic Thyme Pepper Grace cock soup mix (pumkin and spicy) Excelsior water cracker How to season your fish! Wash and clean fish with vinegar, lemon or lime. Make 2 horizontal cuts on each side of your fish. Pat dry with paper towel to get rid of excess water.
