30-8-2026 悉尼馬拉松天氣好好，就係太好反而好熱好曬🥵，所以都係谷唔起驚抽筋，後半馬全靠意志死頂落去😵‍💫，行吓跑吓咁樣捱到返終點😬。年紀越大，身體差不多已經負荷唔到全馬的賽事。雖然次次跑嗰陣攞苦嚟辛，但係下次有想跑嘅賽事又係會去報名😂。 今日最大驚喜一定係香港朋友Ernest特登準備定banner響賽道幫我打氣🥳，事前完全唔知，現場見到張banner簡直係一個超大surprise🤩，估佢唔到，非常感動，感謝朋友的一番心意😘，第一次有朋友帶tailor made banner幫我打氣🙏🏻。 #sydneymarathon2026 #第26次全馬完走 My first time run in Sydney Marathon. This is my 26th Full Marathon. The weather is good, atomsphere is good. I enjoyed a lot in the run. The weather at the Sydney Marathon was great, but so great that it was quite hot and sunny 🥵, so I couldn't stand it and was afraid of cramping. I had to rely entirely on willpower to get through the second half of the marathon 😵‍💫, just walking and running to get to the finish line 😬. As I get older, my body can't handle a full marathon anymore. Although it's always tough running, I'll still sign up for any race I want to run next time 😂. The biggest surprise today was definitely my Hong Kong friend Ernest, who specially prepared a banner to cheer me on along the course 🥳. I had no idea beforehand, and seeing the banner at the event was a huge surprise 🤩. I was so touched by his thoughtfulness 😘, it's the first time a friend has brought a tailor-made banner to cheer me on 🙏🏻.
