Late Winter kayak fishing at Lake Eildon

I hope you enjoy my first of many fishing trips to the incredibly picturesque place that is Lake Eildon. I was constantly in awe of just how stunning that place was. I set myself a challenge that’s far easier said than done; to catch a meter plus Murray Cod from my kayak without livescope, can it be done? There’s definitely a few hurdles to consider, like how would you land it? How far would you get towed by it? How close would the kayak come to tipping?
