I've been exploring alternatives to Huel Meal Replacement Shakes - this week we're trying The Protein Works meal replacements - There are 3 variations, Diet Meal Replacement, Diet Meal Replacement Extreme, and Complete 360 meal. I tried the complete 3560, and the Diet Meal Replacement Extreme, and the Vegan version as well. I tried a few different flavours, and looked at the textures, the flavours and ease of use.
