Beta 200 vs 300, which dirt bike?

This review is more focused about riding characteristics, not specs or technical details. There's a ton of other reviews out there for that. Overall the bike was a great choice for hard enduro. There are some advantages to the 200, and some for the 300. I would say the 300 is a bit more versatile as you can pretty much do everything you can on a 200, but with enough excess power for things like desert or dual sporting. I would say the 200 is a bit more of a precision instrument and the 300 is more of a multi-tool.
