Examining Halo: Reach's Worst Mission

Halo Reach is an extraordinarily consistent game quality wise, but there is one mission in Bungie's Xbox 360 classic which treads the line between being middling at best and not great at worst. That is Halo Reach's penultimate level, The Package. But how bad is The Package really? And, does it have any redeeming qualities?
