Woolly monkeys are notoriously difficult to keep alive in captivity, often dying from extreme stress and high blood pressure. So when a brand-new baby is rejected by its mother, the sanctuary goes on high alert. Hand-reared by the park director, the tiny 24-hour-old infant is severely dehydrated, refusing to eat, and acting incredibly grizzly. But when the director finally manages to look inside the newborn's mouth, she makes a bizarre and dangerous discovery that explains exactly why he is in so much pain! Monkey Life follows the work of Monkey World Ape Rescue Centre with nail-biting rescue and rehabilitation stories.
