P80 Volvo Inner, Outer Tie Rods Replacement (850, S70, V70)

Replacing seized inner, and outer tie rods in a 1998 Volvo S70. Recently replaced struts, and could not align the car due to the outer being seized to the inner. SMI steering rack car.
