Entitled College Girl Thinks She Knows the Law

On December 6, 2022, two drivers called police about a car swerving across Route 14 in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Officers tracked the car to a Target parking lot — and instead of walking up to it, they parked across the lot, turned their lights off, and waited for the driver to come back out. What happens over the next twenty minutes was recorded by five different body cameras. This is the full stop, from the moment they decide to wait.
