Riding home at 4:30 PM on a Friday in Orange County gets incredibly sketchy! In this video, I take my Windhorse V8 Mini eBike on my daily commute home from Irvine to Santa Ana, and it was a chaotic ride from start to finish. Before I could even hit the road near MacArthur and the 405, I had to stop and do a quick brake adjustment to make sure I had enough stopping power for the rush hour gridlock. Once I got moving, the Friday afternoon traffic was brutal. Between dodging cars on Redhill, Barranca, Grand, and 4th Street, I had to honk my horn a couple of times just to make sure drivers saw me. Eventually, I made it past Tustin Street and caught some relief on the Santiago Creek Trail to wrap up the week.
