How do Motorized Draw Stops work?

In this video I take a look at motorized draw-stops and tab-stops. The idea is to explain exactly how they work so that we can see how to use them and understand why a special controller is needed to make them work with MIDI systems as Hauptwerk or Grand-Orgue.
