How To Fix A Wax Bloom | Live Artist Tutorial

Like I explained in the previous video of my Angry Parrot drawing that it was suffering from a pretty bad wax bloom. This is my solution to a wax bloom problem when using coloured pencils. Wax blooms don't happen all the time but when it does it's heart breaking.
