Best Rocky Road Recipe EVER! Ingredients: 300g Milk or Dark Chocolate 150g Extra Chocolate 100g Marshmallows 100g extras like dried fruit and nuts etc but I like Glacé cherries, sultanas and choc chips 125g Butter or Margarine 3 tbsp Golden Syrup 170g biscuits or cookies Method: Heat 300g chocolate with butter and syrup until smooth - heat on low Turn off the heat, stir in biscuits, marshmallows and extras pour into a lined tin, then smooth - approx 8x12 inches Pour the optional 150g melted chocolate over the top and smooth it out Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting Store covered and away from strong smelling foods in the fridge
