A Summer Evening in Kyoto | Mitarashi Festival at Shimogamo Shrine | Japan Vlog

Thank you for watching. This vlog follows two summer days in Osaka and Kyoto. On the first day, I made a simple breakfast, ran a few errands in Umeda, stopped by Nintendo OSAKA, and tried making tamagoyaki with smoked salmon and cheese—a combination suggested by one of you. The next day began slowly at home—with a little obi practice, video editing, and a snack break with karukan. Later in the afternoon, I took the train to Kyoto, crossed the stepping stones on the Kamo River, and visited Shimogamo Shrine for the Mitarashi Festival. The shrine was lively and full of people, and walking barefoot through the ice-cold Mitarashi Pond was a special summer experience I had been looking forward to.
