Northwest Plaza managing to evade the Economic Collapse around it in Dayton, Ohio

The area around Northwest Plaza is in much better shape then I thought it would be, but fewer shopping options has made this shopping center and the nearby Krogers very valueable to the area since they closed a nearby store several years ago
