There's several small chunks of time-loss here and there, such as team-kills on code VI, slow bulkhead key, Kraken fight being a bit unstable, etc. but nothing major. All up there's probably 2 minutes of realistic time-save if you play near-perfect with this route, the only major time-save after that would be a teleport-less route (not cancelling the second class VI, walking matter-wave for the entire beginning, but you get to make more progress during reactor waves).
