Learn how to order food in Korean with a slow, beginner-friendly Korean podcast conversation. In Episode 5 of Korean Made Easy, Minji and Jaehoon practice the Korean restaurant phrases you will actually use in Korea—from getting a table and reading the menu to ordering food and paying the bill.
You will hear each key phrase in a natural conversation, with short sentences, clear pronunciation, and helpful repetition. Listen while relaxing, commuting, studying, or getting ready for sleep.
In this episode, you will practice:
• 몇 분이세요? — How many people?
• 두 명이에요. — Two people.
• 메뉴판 좀 주세요. — Please give me a menu.
• 이거 뭐예요? — What is this?
• 이거 매워요? — Is this spicy?
• 주문할게요. — I’d like to order.
• 김치찌개 하나 주세요. — One kimchi stew, please.
• 물 좀 더 주세요. — More water, please.
• 계산할게요. — I’d like to pay.
• 카드로 할게요. — I’ll pay by card.
Stay until the end for a full restaurant role-play, a key-phrase review, and five speaking questions. Pause after each question and answer aloud in Korean.
