Tried recording today's parade ~ ""La Foire de la Saint-Martin" is a traditional popular fair of medieval origin, held each year in early November around Saint Martin's Day (11 November). It marks the end of the agricultural cycle and the arrival of winter. In Vevey, the event dates back to 1470, when it was established by Duke Amédée IX of Savoy, and this 2026 edition will be the 555th. The fair's highlights include a Grand Cortège, featuring the public proclamation, the Vaud Militias, the Cent-Suisses, and the opening parade."
