The Time DRS Could Be Used EVERYWHERE in F1 !

During the 2011 and 2012 seasons, DRS in free practice and qualifying was unrestricted, allowing drivers to use it eveywhere on the circuit. The only exceptions were the tunnel in Monaco and the Raidillon at Spa. V8, high speed corners & DRS wide open.
