When I was fifteen, life felt like a movie with no script and no ending in sight. I had friends everywhere, nights that seemed endless, and a bicycle that carried me through the streets long after the rest of the world had gone quiet. I used to ride on the back wheel, pulling wheelies under streetlights, feeling like the whole city belonged to us. The older guys respected me, and the younger ones looked up to me. Maybe I was their little idol in my own way, not because I had anything special, but because I believed in what I was doing. I had my own principles, my own way of seeing things, and I never needed to pretend to be somebody else. While my classmates were trying to figure out who they wanted to become, I already knew one thing about myself: no matter where life took me, no matter what job I ended up doing or what kind of man I became, I would always create something. Music, images, memories, something that could outlive the moment it came from. I didn't know how far that feeling would take me. I didn't know that one day I'd look back at those nights and miss the boy who thought the world was still wide open. Back then, we weren't rich, famous, or important to the world. We were just kids with scraped knees, loud laughter, and dreams bigger than the streets we grew up on. But for a little while, we had everything that mattered to us. And somewhere inside me, that fifteen-year-old is still riding through the night, chasing a feeling he never wants to lose. Maybe growing up isn't about leaving that kid behind.
