Out of 188 countries, Pakistan ranks 10th in obesity, boasting 58% obesity rate, one of the highest in the world. Despite this alarming number, our behavior toward our health remains as dangerous as ever. Because of our adults ' refusal to view obesity as a disease, this sickness has now reached our children, a devastating development for our society and nation, for we won't have the capacity or means to manage this level of sickness that is to be seen in the not-so-distant future.
