Tutorial T2 / P1 City street grid upgrade : Introduction & the first [Shift] intersection upgrade

There are a few explanations of how it works, but that is not the focus of the video. It's more about getting a feel for when to use the shift key & to see how to create more complex road connections. Sometimes what pitfalls there are & what to watch out for so you don't forget anything. I did not show the difficulty settings. Everything is on Complex, only Winter,the realistic mode & the day/night cycle is disabled & the reactions of dissatisfied citizens are on Easy. Since it's only about the streets for now.
