Grand Cayman 2026 | Seven Mile Beach, Scuba Diving & Stingray City A week in Grand Cayman in September 2026, centered around Seven Mile Beach and a family anniversary trip. The trip included stays at Harbour Heights and Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman, plus time spent exploring resorts, beaches, restaurants, bars, and dive sites around the western side of the island. Highlights included Stingray City, snorkeling, beach days, sunset views, resort hopping, and scuba diving with DiveTech, including boat dives, a night dive, and a guided shore dive. Food and drinks were a huge part of the week, with stops at Bonny Moon Beach Club, Pom Pom Rooftop Lounge, Legendz Sports Bar, Tillie’s, Thai Orchid Restaurant, Catalina Kitchen & Bar at Hotel Indigo, Seven at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, The Brasserie, Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar, and Macabuca. Hotel Indigo also included time at its rooftop and pool venues, including Pom Pom and Bata Bar. Other scenes include local wildlife, Seven Mile Beach, hotel and resort properties, Caribbean sunsets, clear-water snorkeling, coral reefs, sea turtles, stingrays, tropical fish, beach bars, family meals, and everyday moments around Grand Cayman.
