Autumn Walk With Me: Bonnechere P.P. FIT Trail - Stress Relief, Soft Music, Natural Sounds, No Talk

This is the walk I took, doing my best to do the Brandon Li Ninja walk for smooth video, in the fall of 2019. Those of you who listen with headphones will hear my breathing occasionally due to that effort with two bad knees and a middle aged body. Sorry 'bout that. (If you don't know who Brandon Li is, I highly recommend his channel - he makes the most beautiful travel movies!) I'm told there has been some changes since I walked the trail. For me, there are always changes from one year to the next for the colours and leaf drop. 2013 was absolutely spectacular for colour and drop - quite exuberant really - while 2019 was more subdued.
