God of War II - Titan - Return from Hades

Played on Titan (Very Hard) difficulty PS2 version ...and the real trouble begins if you're playing on titan, the unavoidable attack by the rider at the end of the pegasus flight will always insta kill the first time, unless you're doing a bonus play. After you restart a checkpoint, dying or not, after the cutscene where he appears, it won't kill you...unless you have real low health.
