Digital Implementation and Applications - Build your own Digital Twin

The digital twin with the revolution of internet of things gave a detailed and dynamically updated virtual replica of physical objects or processes, made to monitor performance, test different scenarios, predict issues, and find optimization opportunities. Unlike traditional computer-aided design and engineering (CAD/CAE) models, a Digital Twin always has a unique, real-world counterpart, receives live data from it, and changes accordingly to mimic the origin through its lifecycle. In this Session, candidates will be introduced to the concept of maturity assessment to implement Digital twins, learn how it is applied in general, and what businesses should consider during the implementation such as information technology infrastructure, the business value of implementing Digital Twins, and what needs to happen across the organization to ensure successful implementation.
