Drive from North Uist to the Isle of Berneray, takes you over the Causeway to the East Beach (4K)

Take a Drive , (in 4k), from the causeway on North Uist to the Isle of Berneray, and along the east side of island to the East Beach at Sandhill. The journey passes the ferry terminal to Harris, Bays Loch and Coralbox, and out towards the East Beach and up to the end of the public road at Sandhill. The causeway linking North Uist to the Isle of Berneray was completed in 1999. A ferry connects Berneray to Harris at Leaverburgh.
