Use A Capital Reduction Exercise To Start Paying Dividends Again

Many SME businesses have depleted their P&L reserves during the Pandemic and so won’t be able to pay a dividend to the shareholders. However, a possible solution would be to undergo a reduction in share capital exercise which essentially converts share capital into P&L reserves, allowing for dividends to be paid.
