What was supposed to be a relaxing Independence Day fishing trip turned into quite the adventure! 🇹🇹🎣 My husband, my parents and I headed out early to catch the 6AM tide in Chaguaramas, but the FOC fete traffic had other plans — what should have been a 10-minute drive turned into THREE HOURS! 😭 After battling the heat and slow fishing for hours, we finally started catching some fish… only for the rain to show up and send us running for shelter! 😂🌧️ Despite all the challenges, we laughed, enjoyed each other’s company and made some great memories.
