Hidden Paradise Near Khajuraho: Raneh Waterfall - India’s Grand Canyon & Pandav Waterfalls

In this video: 🌊 First, we visit Raneh Falls, a spectacular natural canyon on the Ken River. Known as the Grand Canyon of India, this 5 km long and 30 m deep gorge is carved entirely out of crystalline granite, showcasing shades of pink, red, and grey. 🕗 Raneh Waterfall Timings: Monday to Sunday (except Wednesday): 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM 💰 Entry Fee: Rs 550 (includes guide fee, for 4–6 people in a vehicle). 🌿 Next, we head to Pandav Falls, a serene 30-metre-high waterfall located in Panna district, about 35 km from Khajuraho. According to legends, the Pandavas from Mahabharata stayed here during their exile. The falls flow from a tributary of the Ken River before joining it. 🕘 Pandav Waterfall Timings: Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 💰 Entry Fee: Rs 250 (includes guide fee, for 4–6 people in a vehicle). 🚖 Car Hire Details: We booked a taxi from Khajuraho for both waterfalls, costing approx Rs 2500.
