Type the following commands one by one and hit the enter key net start spooler printfilterpipelinesvc.exe Method 2: Go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers. Search PrintCOnfig.dll file. It should be in two folders a- C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\W32X86\3 b- C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 if it's missing from any of these two folders, copy the file and paste to the missing folder.
