ハイカラ節 / Haikara bushi / Haikara Song
Enka
Singer and Performer: Toshiyuki Tsuchitori
(The original video by him! ▷ • ハイカラ節(神長瞭月)/土取利行(唄・演奏)Haikara-song/Toshi T... )
I reuploaded it because there was a mistake in subtitles.
[About this song]
This song was composed and written by Enka singer Kaminaga Ryougetsu in 1909. He made Enka songs about female students, and this is one of his most popular songs.
Incidentally, the melody of this song is used as marches in Korea (유격대 행진곡, 용진가).

*Sokuhatsu
It's a hairstyle introduced in the Meiji era consisting in a bun or chignon tied at the back of the head.
*Bankara
It refers to people who behave in a course and barbarian manner as an antithesis of Haikara.
*If you don't have a ticket, I'll punch you
The Japanese word "切符" (ticket), when taken literally, means a card to be cut. In the original text in Japanese, it's a wordplay to cut someone who does not have a card to be cut. In this case, I used the word Punch, which combines the meanings of punching a ticket and punching someone.
*geisha, hokan
They refer to people whose business is to add entertainment to the banquet.
