Hi Friends, This week I wanted to talk about two pretty big things. Rochester and the internet. Rochester has a delicacy called the garbage plate which is a signature dish featuring a combination of macaroni salad, home fries or French fries, and a spicy meat-based hot sauce, all piled with your choice of meat (like hamburgers, cheeseburgers, or hot dogs), and topped with onions, mustard, and often served with buttered Italian bread. People customize a garbage plate with all kinds of meats and sauces but the result is the same a hot plate of substantial amounts of food. Rochester also had a mountain lion sighting that captivated the city for a month.
