Why 2017 made me better. [2017]

2017. You went by so fast! My year started with meeting Denice after knowing eachother for five years over the internet. Finally I met my bestfriend in person. I already knew that our friendship was special but then she felt like my sister. Yakari turned four in 2017. We started to ride again after doing groundwork & working on our bond for months. He suprises me every day. he puts so much effort in our training. 2018 Is going to be amazing with him. I started a new edication in 2016, photography. That went on in 2017. It caused a lot of stress for me, sometimes it was just panicing over deadlines. Sometimes I still do. My second year is even harder, more assignments, bigger assignments and little time. It's going great, I have high grades. In the summer, things started to get nasty. The first five weeks I visited the hospital every week. I got several health investigatings. Every time I had to hear "You have the results next week." Every week I was so nervous to hear the results, but every week ended with a new appointment. These 5 weeks seemed 5 years. When I heard the final result, I was so happy that I was healthy that I appreciate life even more. In week 6 of the summer Denice visited me again. It didn't start as planned because of the car accident with her mom & sister. We were shocked. I did as many as I could with supporting her family, going to the hospital to see her mom and still make the week a fun experience. We had fun but we were so worried about her mom. In october I did something totally out of my comfortzone. I went to the Nalanta camp from Eva Roemaat & Jesse Drent with Topshot. Alone, I didn't knew anybody. I'm so glad that I went! Because I met amazing people, had a lovely time with Topshot and made amazing pictures of everyone! Now I'm writing this, I think: what a freaking year.. I'm ready for 2018.
