Grandpa’s 1971 Bronco Finally Comes Off the Frame | Ep. 8

The body is finally off my grandfather's 1971 Ford Bronco. After stopping last time to add support, we weld the door-opening braces, finish the remaining disconnects, and use an excavator to separate the body from the chassis. Getting the straps lined up takes some adjustment, and one sending-unit ground wire is still hanging on. Once everything is clear, the body comes off and lands on the cart. With the chassis exposed and the engine still in place, the next job is engine removal. The body will stay on the cart while I source a rotisserie.
