Where VA Buyers Are Moving in South Jersey

What are the most popular South Jersey towns for buyers using a VA loan? In this video, I break down the actual closed sales data from the last 365 days in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties to find out where VA buyers are really purchasing homes. This is not based on opinion, online rankings, or a list of towns I personally like. I pulled every residential sale in these three South Jersey counties where the buyer used VA financing, then compared the results with the previous 365-day period to see which towns are gaining popularity, which are falling, and where military and veteran buyers are moving. There were 811 VA-financed home purchases in the most recent year alone. In the video, we count down the top five areas for VA buyers, including: 🏡 Williamstown 🏡 Mount Holly 🏡 Sicklerville 🏡 Willingboro 🏡 Pemberton Township / Browns Mills We also talk about some of the biggest changes outside the top five. Blackwood and Burlington saw major increases in VA activity, while Medford and Mount Laurel both fell out of the top 10 after making the list the year before. One result was especially clear: Pemberton Township and Browns Mills continue to dominate VA home purchases in South Jersey, which makes sense given their proximity to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. But the data also shows that VA buyers are purchasing throughout South Jersey, including areas that are farther from the base.
