She Rescued 5 Baby Stoats — One Never Forgot Her

Katie never expected to find five tiny baby stoats in her backyard. When their mother failed to return, she contacted wildlife professionals and stepped in to help. All five survived, and as they grew stronger, one little stoat named Shredder became especially brave — and especially attached to Katie. But the goal was always to return them to the wild. Eventually, all five were released. Most gradually stopped coming back, but Shredder had other plans. Even after getting his freedom, he still returns to visit the person who helped save him.
