Target Discount LEGO Shopping

Did I miss the cheap and discounted LEGO? Everyone on social media is saying that Target has many of its LEGO sets on clearance for 50% to 70% off. Well I had to check it out for myself. I went to 3 Targets, 1 Walmart and 1 Books-A-Million in search of discounted LEGO.
