Everyone knows Nonni Bazar for its crowded Friday market. But very few people have seen the hidden side of this historic rural market on a quiet Tuesday. In this documentary, I explored Nonni Bazar Tuesday Haat from a completely different angle. I entered through the opposite road and discovered a market full of real village life, seasonal products, and untold human stories. As the monsoon season begins, bamboo-made fishing traps, baskets, and traditional handmade tools have appeared in the market. With harvest season approaching, farmers are buying seasonal scissors for cutting paddy. I also found clay pots, traditional toys, and pottery items sold by the last remaining potter families whose craft is slowly disappearing because of plastic products. The vegetable market was full of fresh produce, and prices were shockingly low compared to other markets. I visited the fish market, spice market, duck and chicken section, and met elderly sellers who still come to the market because staying home feels lonely. One emotional story touched my heart deeply — a farmer brought his Chinese duck to sell so he could repay fertilizer debt. Others were selling rice from their own homes because many families have no cash until the paddy harvest begins. This is not just a market video. This is the real story of rural Bangladesh — struggle, tradition, economy, and survival. নন্নী বাজার বললেই সবার চোখে ভেসে ওঠে শুক্রবারের বিশাল হাট আর মানুষের ভিড়। কিন্তু মঙ্গলবারের ছোট হাটে লুকিয়ে আছে এই বাজারের আসল রূপ, যা খুব কম মানুষই দেখেছে। এই ডকুমেন্টারিতে আমি নন্নী বাজারকে সম্পূর্ণ নতুনভাবে এক্সপ্লোর করেছি। বাজারের উল্টো পথ দিয়ে ঢুকে দেখেছি গ্রামবাংলার বাস্তব জীবন, মৌসুমি পণ্য, মানুষের সংগ্রাম আর অর্থনৈতিক বাস্তবতা। বর্ষা শুরু হওয়ায় বাজারে উঠেছে বাঁশের তৈরি মাছ ধরার ভাইর, ঝুড়ি ও বিভিন্ন হস্তশিল্প। সামনে ধান কাটার মৌসুম আসায় কাঁচির দোকানও জমে উঠেছে। এছাড়া দেখা মিলেছে মাটির হাঁড়ি-পাতিল, খেলনা ও হারিয়ে যেতে বসা পাল সম্প্রদায়ের ঐতিহ্যবাহী পণ্যের। সবজির বাজারে ছিল প্রচুর আমদানি, আর দাম ছিল অবিশ্বাস্য রকম কম। মাছের বাজার, মশলার বাজার, হাঁস-মুরগির বাজার ঘুরে দেখেছি। কথা হয়েছে এমন প্রবীণ মানুষের সাথে, যিনি বলেন—বাড়িতে ভালো লাগে না, তাই বাজারে আসি। সবচেয়ে হৃদয় ছুঁয়ে যাওয়া ঘটনা ছিল একজন কৃষক তার চীনা হাঁস বিক্রি করতে এসেছেন শুধু সারের বাকি টাকা শোধ করার জন্য। আবার কেউ কেউ ঘরের চাল বিক্রি করছেন নগদ টাকার সংকটে। এটি শুধু বাজারের ভিডিও নয়, এটি গ্রামবাংলার বাস্তব জীবন, সংগ্রাম, ঐতিহ্য ও টিকে থাকার গল্প। #NonniBazar #BangladeshMarket #TuesdayMarket #Sherpur #Nalitabari #TraditionalMarket #নন্নী_বাজার #মঙ্গলবারের_হাট #হাটবাজার
